Technically, the challenge was mapping complex service variables (materials vs. labor, extra measurements) into a simple 'Add to Cart' experience. Visually, the challenge was meeting the exacting standards of the architect owner—the digital experience had to be as clean, structured, and reliable as the physical work delivered.
The Solution
I engineered a custom product architecture on top of WooCommerce that handles dynamic pricing variables and real-time inventory checks. The booking system locks slots in the logistics calendar instantly to prevent overbooking, delivering on the brand's promise of 'Peace of Mind in Every Moment'.

QOM was born from a renowned architect's vision to professionalize the chaotic world of home repairs. The mission: absolute transparency. No more hidden costs or uncertain timelines. My role was to build a pixel-perfect platform where complex services (Electrical, Plumbing, Painting) are sold as standardized products. We customized the e-commerce engine to allow users to configure technical specifics (e.g., 'Install 110V Outlet' + '20m wiring' + 'Include Materials') with real-time price calculation. Crucially, we integrated a real-time availability calendar, ensuring that when a client books a slot, the logistics team is instantly synchronized.
